14-Day Right of Withdrawal

3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the product and the standard outbound shipping fee.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@miyego.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
